Well-versed in licensing requirements, and financial assistance programs.

I have completed my NM CDC infant-toddler course at CNM, NM CDC Preschool course at CNM, and I am currently enrolled in the Early learning system to comply with the requirements for success in early childhood education.

We are deeply rooted in the understanding that to have happy children we must strive for happy educators. Our staff are selected due to the exposure of experience and character that they possess. We want the best for the children and families we serve. When we select staff, we are best for the children and families we serve. When we select staff, we keep in mind the gift they will be capable of bringing into our environment on a daily basis.

Our selection process can be a tough one but it is because the quality care we strive to provide is critical to us. All staff are CPR/First Aid Certified, have or must actively obtain higher education in an Early Childhood Development Field, and continually must obtain regular training regarding areas like:

The trainings our staff receive are specified for the age group that they work with. Our staff are always being fed new and updated information of ways to make your child's environment better than yesterday.
